Another new page today, this time its the Spitfires of 485 Sqn RNZAF: http://www.adf-serials.com.au/nz-serials/nzspitfire.htm Many thanks to Phantom and Martin Edwards for the assistance and advice. There's a bit more work required to tidy it up, but there are nearly 380 airframes recorded. The break up of Spitfires that we note as having passed through the Squadron is: Ia 27 IIa 29 IIb 1 Vb 137 Vc 7 IX 2 LFIX 150 LFIXc 1 LFXVI 18 LFXVIe 3 375 Brendan |

Glen Reid has started the boring but never the less important job of changing the image links on the New Zealand aircraft pages When completed most pages will have a heading photo and if we have more than a single photo of a particular type there will also be a link to the image gallery album. Glen has also added these photos CT-4E NZ1994 NH-90 NZ3301 Bell 47 NZ3706 Iroquois NZ3806, NZ3807 Orion NZ4202 Hercules NZ7002, NZ7004 Andover NZ7628 Harvard NZ1015 Seasprite NZ3603 Skyhawk NZ6254 Thanks Glen, your efforts are much appreciated. Whilst on the subject we would love some more Kiwi images, please upload at http://www.adf-gallery.com.au/gallery/Uploaded Next we need a new page written for the NH-90 helicopter and any other new NZDF types. Any takers? |
