| Flight Officer Michael Herbert who along with Pilot Officer Robert Carver was lost in Canberra A84-231 on a mission in Vietnam during November 1970 has had a bridge named in his honor. THE King St bridge over the Patawalonga River at Glenelg North was renamed Michael Herbert Bridge when it is rebuilt last year, |

| Hi Col Thanks for bringing that to my attention. For some reason I had FLTOFF instead of FLGOFF on all entries on the Canberra page. These have now all been corrected |
