I'll have a look around and e-mail some questions to people but a lot of this information may be difficult to find nowadays. Meanwhile I had a look here to note this quote: https://www.faaaa.asn.au/fairey-firefly-aircraft-histories/ "The following information is provided by ADF Serials, to whom we extend our grateful thanks. The job would have been immeasurably harder if it had not been for them!" |

Yes it is nice to receive some recognition for all our hard work. Coincidentally I have just sent in my application to join FAAAA as an Associate member. I think that we work well together. |

ADFserials get a thank you again (probably there are more 'thank yous' from earlier aircraft histories that I may not have mentioned before). https://www.faaaa.asn.au/vampire-airframe-histories/ "Most of the information contained in the table below is by courtesy of ADF Serials, [ http://www.adf-gallery.com.au/ ] to whom we offer our grateful thanks. The job would have been infinitely harder without their work!" |
