At little more info on 709. It arrived at Bankstown Aviation Museum on Wednesday 16/04/2003. I witnessed it being towed from the flight-line to the Museum by tug. I have some photos which I must scan and add to the site. |

From: http://www.aussiemodeller.com.au/forum/download/file.php?id=19261 RAN HS748 Side Number 801 "“N15-710 after sale to TAG Aerospace in Nov 2000. Note it is still configured as the "Dirty Bird"(Jammer, the panel is the larger covered one down aft) here, it and -709 could swap and change between jammer, nav trainer and VIP configs ("Clean Bird"), identifiable externally via the presence or lack of the wind-driven generator under the forward fuselage, aerial farm under the wing centre section, towel-rail antennas under the rear fuse & aft-facing chaff buckets right aft (all interchangeable, as not required for every mission) required for the jam-ming role.” 04 Nov 2019 http://www.aussiemodeller.com.au/forum/posting.php?mode=quote&f=2&p=117285 'DDGboy' |

Original is a very poor quality representation in a poorly scanned Navy News. |
