Whilst my PC is in the shop, I'm a little free handed at present.

Thus why not expand on what's available on the 2nd hand and European fire sales market in the near future. An opportunity for us to expand our equipment tables

Spanish:

One underway Fleet refuelling Ship, on loan to RAN (possible sale pending later this year to RAN). Have them build #2 there to help out their economy and get both earlier!:

One AWD Destroyer of five currently built and in use(They're called Frigates there): We could pry F105 off them. Gives us 4 AWDs with one earlier in 2015

Six original Spanish Army HAD Euro copters ( to be refurbished to HAP Standard first and then stored, standard almost the same as the Aussie ARH then). Same age as our teen serialled ARHs! Gives us then 28 airframes to work around on,..........plenty for one LPH Unit (4) and two Army units (16)

America

Twenty Seven C-27Js; buy /build to "1 to 2 ratio" to keep Alena happy, and get 4 new/8 Second Hand USAF to bring both 35 and 38 Sqns as Tac Operators, and/or/ a cheaper MPA role for some (say 4) for border protection.

Stacks of US Army excess article hardware from M1A1 MBTs to M2/3 IFVs for new Army Beersheba structure. Even Paladin M109A6 155mm SPs.

Germany

Four brand new European Hawks UAVs that cannot not operated in congested European Airspace. They only found that out this year!!!!!

Netherlands

Depending on future direction of their Governments, two F-35As currently built and now stored for Netherlands, along with eighteen surplus Panzer SP2000 SP 155mm Guns ( Considered per Aus Army SP Artillery requirement in 2010)

That's just the tip, considering some manufactures have white tailed aircraft like a cocooned Airbus KC-30B green airframe (ex USAF) to bring our tally to six for 33 Sqn.

Spain is also divesting itself of 23 of the 46 NH90 TTHs it has on order! There's then a exciting avenue for some extra MRH-90s for a third company lift and attrition I would think!!

In any case, the market is there and is bulging at the seems.

Best
Gordy
