Hi all
So I am researching imports to Australia of Bristol Fighters during and after WW1. One was imported and became a QANTAS aircraft and several others were imported by the AWM and apparently destroyed in a fire at Duntroon?

One was also displayed at

"SOUTH AUSTRALIA, 1920-10. BRISTOL F2B FIGHTER AIRCRAFT ON DISPLAY AT THE MOTOR TRADERS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA" Caption on photo

Can anybody shed any further light on these aircraft
Kind regards
John

I have changed my laptop and all my files are yet to transfer across. I have a document on all Qantas aircraft and where they are now.

Thanks Brenden
I am particularly interested in a number of military Bristol Fighters imported for museum purposes along with other types - I believe most were accidently destroyed by fire - several were said to be AFC 1 Squadron aircraft - any thoughts?
Kind regards
John
