Flight Officer Michael Herbert who along with Pilot Officer Robert Carver was lost in Canberra A84-231 on a mission in Vietnam during November 1970 has had a bridge named in his honor.
THE King St bridge over the Patawalonga River at Glenelg North was renamed Michael Herbert Bridge when it is rebuilt last year,

Hi Col
Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
For some reason I had FLTOFF instead of FLGOFF on all entries on the Canberra page.
These have now all been corrected
