Where is the spot where the sniper used to shoot at aircraft.
We were told they did not take him out, because he never hit anything. I suppose they were worried he might be replaced by one who could shoot Regards Col |

Col,
I don't know if it is the same person but there was reportedly someone in an area called the Strip ( bottom left of pic) an area of ill repute ( I never went there ) that was taking pot shots.
