Hi Folks,

Just to kick off, the top of my reading pile at the moment is, "Tail End Charlies, The Last Battles of the Bomber War 1944-45", by Tony Renell and John Nichol.

I'm about half way through and so far it seems a pretty balanced account of the last years of the RAF Bomber Command and the 8th Air Force's final push as told from a variety of perspectives, particularly the aircrew who came to the battle themselves in it's final stages.

Definitley worth a read.
