Just a few short questions relating to this member.

A.M. Charlesworth enlisted in the RAAF on 27 Jan 1925 (ww2roll). Two months later, as a student pilot, he survived a aircraft accident on 25 Mar 25 that killed his instructor. Later he went on to enjoy a 30 year career with the RAAF.

After doing some research I found he was awarded the Air Force Cross in 1933. Does anyone know how the circumstances of his being awarded the AFC?

Also his post-1950 service number was O37. Does anyone know what his WWII service number was?

Thanks
