I am hoping to put together a page on Kiwi link trainers.
Better still I am hoping someone from that side of the Tasman wants to do it. Either way we are going to need material (no not the off-cuts from your latest evening gown). We need statistics, photos and all the other historalogical guff that goes to create a page. Attached Image |

There are two photos on the Air Force Museum fotopage of Link Trainers, one is identifiable.
In my early days, I did some work on a Link Trainer, but have no recollection of serial number. It was allied to aircrew selection, along with a few other fiendish devices designed to test coordination of prospective pilots.
