Sorry don't know anything further other than the aircraft is on the engine runup site with a noise suppressor attached to one end with a 'test IAS probe'? at the other. Date would be late 1970s - early 80s at the southern end of 'J' Hangar at NAS Nowra, aircraft is from VC-724 (likely the testing is for the Delmar Target Tow system of that era).
