Raaf F-111s - Kwajalein Rimpac 77

The FB page has a lineup of six F-111Cs at Kwajalein for RIMPAC 77, a 1SQN deployment over FEB-MAR 1977. My logbook has five of the six flown on that deployment between 16 FEB and 9 MAR:
A8-128, A8-133, A8-138, A8-139, A8-140. The image does not help in revealing the 6th ac.

We had designed that yellow fin flash on 1SQN for the detachment, and it was applied by 482SQN prior to departing Amberley, and was removed shortly after returning. Aircraft back in those days were not "owned" by the individual squadron, but were operated from the central 82WG pool. The flash was based on that carried by Canberras in the 1950s-60s. It would later be applied again to F-111s from the early 1980s.
