New Training Aircraft For Nzaf

I remember well that last year (2008) the NZAF was looking for new trainer aircraft to replace the leased Be.200 aircraft..... nothing heard about that lately. if I am correct the NZ MinDef has decided to move the competition to a year later...
Any one know which aircraft could be looked for? (Pilatus PC-21 or raytheon T-6?)

There would be earlier threads at this forum posing the same question. I have not been paying attention except to monitor for the 'sale of their Skyhawks' which never happens despite whatever their politicians claim. Recently some claims were made but hey 'claims of "interest in" a sale' are easy. :lol:

You are right mate, those nice A-4 birds would never have the glory again which they had in the past :( Last week one of the Macchi MB339's was seen flying, likely at test flight to keep the bird in good and flyable condition, or......
