To take advantage of whatever free time is left on "SendIt" an expanded version of the LSO notebook, which includes later FCLP (Field Carrier Landing Practice) or MADDLS (Mirror Assisted Dummy Deck Landings) plus VF-805 line book (cruise book) entries from that same period covered by the LSO notebook, is available. This PDF is 44Mb. It includes some film clips of A4G material and humourous bits about VC-1 in Hawaii. VF-805 was on a RIMPAC 80 exercise (Rim of Pacific) with other nations including USN.

Thanks Phil,

Unfortunately, I've nearly maxed out my 1GB download this month and have to revert back to 56k until 31/12/06.

Have to do the maths.

But will give a slow turn. Albiet over night

I really appreciate this presentation, both in what it contains and with the time taken to present it.

Very enjoyable.

Best
Gordy :o

Update Edit: Did the maths and did the downloads. Now off to have a good sqizz

Best
Gordy :D

Gordy,
Thanks. People that have provided me with a huge amount of material for these PDFs would be firstly the RAN museum at Nowra via Dave Masterson. He is a champ. Most uncredited photos (being also RAN official) have come from this source and this good hearted person. Many thanks Dave. :-)

Most other photos I have tried to credit on the pages. Having an A4G NATOPS manual and my own flying logbooks helped me remember stuff long forgotten.
Phil.
