This 700 Mb (suitable for archive on CD) PDF version dated 03 March 2007 concentrates on the Royal Australian Navy Fleet Air Arm Skyhawk A4-G history from 1968-84 with the connection to the Royal New Zealand Air Force highlighted later on when remaining A-4G Skyhawks were sold to them in 1984. Also there is a lot of fixed wing material of other aircraft in the RAN FAA including the MB326H Macchi jet trainer.

The PDF features a 30 minute silent video clip in colour/greyscale of A4G catapult and deck landing operations from HMAS Melbourne.
